Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

Waiting list: your email address, the type of dispute and the language chosen.

Account: your email address, your password (encrypted, never readable by us) and your two-step verification app.

Cases: your story, your answers, the assessment, the letter and the PDF.

Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Audience measurement: only if you accept it.

Why

To notify you at launch, handle your cases, collect payment, send you emails about your cases and let you find your history.

Legal basis: your consent (waiting list, audience measurement) and the performance of the service you request (account, cases, payment).

Who processes your data for us

Supabase (database and accounts, Paris, EU) · OVHcloud (website hosting, France) · Anthropic (analysis by the Claude artificial intelligence) · Stripe (payment) · Resend (sending emails) · Google (audience measurement, only with your consent).

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Audience measurement

Google Analytics only loads if you click « Accept ». Without consent, no measurement cookie is set. Your choice is kept for 6 months. Your cases are never sent to Google Analytics.

How long

Waiting list: until launch, then 6 months at most. Account and cases: as long as your account exists. Payment data: as required by accounting rules (7 years).

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data and withdrawal of consent: write to rechto.eu@gmail.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
