Rechto helps individuals in Belgium understand their everyday disputes and act on them: the rule, its official source, and a letter ready to send.
Why Rechto
Many people know they are in the right but give up: a first consultation often costs more than €200, for a dispute worth a few hundred euros. Rechto makes that first step affordable, at a maximum price known in advance.
Our method
Rechto relies on a supervised artificial intelligence that only searches official Belgian sources: the Belgian Official Gazette and Justel, regional legislation, published case law, and the federal economy and employment departments.
Every rule we cite comes with its source. A rule we could not verify is flagged as such, never presented as certain.
What Rechto is not
Rechto is not a law firm. We do not plead and do not represent anyone in court. When a case goes beyond a simple dispute, we say so and offer the help of an independent partner lawyer.
